Sorry for this post but This is really bullshit situation, excuse me for my language.

1. I ordered items from FOREVER 21 for my convention custom dress on the super hero event
2. I received the wrong items
3. Immediately I and Lori (my instructor) called the customer service and the customer service names Mecedes suggested "ship back the wrong items which are newspapers, kid toys, men t-shirt, Easter eggs." I have asked her many time that she is sure that I should ship back those items which don't relate to forever 21. She told me "yes. So we can investigate and refund to you after a month"
4. I shipped back the wrong items plus the shipping label receipt as she told me that forever 21 will refunds the amount of wrong items and the shipping fee that I shipped back the wrong items
5. I called the customer service after 2 weeks not hearing anything from them. The customer service names Gladis Lizarraga told me she will contact me after 48h hearing from the warehouse
5. After 48h nothing. I called forever 21 again and they hang up my phone
6. I asked my friend to call and They told me i had to wait for a month for refunds
7. After 2 months nothing from them, I called again yesterday and they hang up my phone
8. 5.15.15 I received an email to ask me to pay for the label so that they can ship me the correct items or they ll discard the order. I replied To that email and said "according to the customer service Mecedes and Gladis Lizarraga, I would like my refunds back plus the shipping fee I shipped the wrong items to you guys". Nothing from forever 21.
9. Today I called again and the customer service names Koyce P told me "the items you shipped back which are not from forever 21 so You won't be able to get refunds. Plus the shipping fee you shipped back you cant receive it back. However, if You still want the items, You need to pay the shipping fee , we ll ship back to me. Over wise, we ll discard your order and You ll loose everything". I told her "this is bullshit. I mentioned clearly that the items I received are weird and should I ship back or not. You guys told me "yes" to ship back for the investigate and I did but now you told me I lost everything, no refunds of the wrong items, no refunds of the shipping fee, I wasted my 2 months for nothing? It's bullshit". The customer service names Koyce P "I'm sorry but we can't know what happens when you received the items because we were not with you at that time". I was angered "excuse me. You mean I lied and cheated here" ... She asked me to put on a hold to see what if they can else
10. After 30min on a hold, the customer service names Koyce P told me "I'm sorry. Is there anything I could help you today mam? Over wise have a good day". I said "excuse me. We are not done yet. You are not answering my questions. I wanna talk to your supervisor". The customer service names Koyce P "lets me put you on a hold to the supervisor".

11. After on a hold, the customer service names Koyce P said "I'm sorry. No supervisors are available"
12. I asked her full name but she refused to give "sorry according to the law, I can't give you my last name". It's so ridiculous

My conclusion, i bought an expensive experience from forever 21 (items i purchased plus shipping fee to return items) and wasted my time (2 months) .... then what? recieving an anger . I LL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM FOREVER 21
